  GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS ON  PAYMENT  OF SCHOOL  FEES

  1.  The school has tied up with ‘CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA, NAUSENA BAUGH’ and ‘CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA, S.V. NAGAR COLONY branches respectively for fee collection.  The fee collection will be at the Bank Counters.
  2. Fee payment booklets shall be issued to all students at the time of admission/through class.

             

  1. Tuition fee for Ex-Servicemen (Officers/Sailors) will be as per the rank held at the time of retirement.
  2. The tuition fee will be collected quarterly as per the schedule given in table from 01st to 25th of the fee month (i.e. Apr, July, Oct and Jan) between 1100 to 1400 hrs except holidays. After the due date bank would accept the fees till the month end with late fee of Rs.100/- . Thereafter, re-admission fee of Rs.600/- for Civilians & Rs.500 for other categories will be applicable & late fee of Rs.100/-  will be charged for every month till the fee is paid. Cash payment for fine will not be accepted at the school counter. Parents have the option to deposit fees for the whole year in advance. 
  3. Cheques must be drawn in favour of “NAVY CHILDREN SCHOOL, NSB” for students studying at NSB and “NAVY CHILDREN SCHOOL, SVN Colony” for students studying at 104 Area. The Name of the Student, Class/Section, Admission Number and telephone number should be written on the reverse side of the cheque.  In case of cheque being dishonoured for any reason, the fee will be treated as ‘non-paid’. Such cases will be liable for disciplinary/legal action and a penalty (Same as Sl. No. 4) will be levied.

CAUTION DEPOSIT

  1. Caution deposit will be refunded after all the dues such as fees etc. are cleared.
  2. Caution deposit will not be refunded if the student is expelled from the school for any reason. 
  3. It will not be refunded if not claimed within two years after the withdrawal of the child from the school.
  4. For re-issue of caution deposit/any refund cheque   after the expiry of validity period, Rs 100/- will be charged.
