COUNSELLING

Secondary (NSB): The school offers the services of a Health & Wellness teacher for the students as well as the parents in all the three wings. Students can meet the counsellor on all working days between 1200 hrs – 1400 hrs. Parents can meet the counsellor between 1430 hrs – 1500 hrs on all working days.

Primary (NSB): The Health & Wellness teacher will be available on MON, TUE, SAT (0800 hrs to 1500 hrs) and FRI (after 1230 hrs) 

104 AREA: The Health & Wellness teacher will be available on WED, THU (0800 hrs to 1500 hrs)

KG WING (NSB & DH): Special Educator will be available on WED and THU at NSB wing and FRI at Dolphin Hill Wing. Health & Wellness teacher will be available on FRI (0900 hrs to 1200 hrs) at NSB wing

CAREER COUNSELLING

To guide the senior students regarding choice of subjects and careers, the school organizes Career Counselling sessions by professionals from various fields namely engineering, architecture, law, journalism, Commerce aided careers etc. These sessions are conducted at regular intervals.

LIFE SKILL ACTIVITY(SCHOOL CINEMA)

To enhance life skills in the students, the school has launched a new concept named 'School Cinema'. It is an effective medium which has been selectively choosen for the students of different age groups and is a set of short films which are thought provoking and carry high moral values as well. This programme has been incorporated into the school curriculum from this academic session for Classes I to X.

SUMMER CLASSES & EXTRA CLASSES

Extra classes for Classes X and XII are conducted in the month of March and for Classes X, XI and XII in the month of June. Remedial classes are also conducted during the session for students who need additional help in academics.

YOGA

Today the world is filled with competition and enormous technological developments on one hand and the individual's effort to cope up with this race and to stay in tune with the complexity of the fast moving situations on the other. Style of living with marked changes has affected the health aspects because of environmental pollution. Man continued searching for alternatives and sought the guidance from the Veda scriptures and yoga psychology and practice to seek a life filled with happiness. This approach led to the study of yoga which consists of various aspects of yoga inclusive of the primary concept. However, it is significantly important that these practices be carried out under the guidance of teachers. This helps the individual to achieve better health. Yoga helps to integrate the mental and physical health, From this academic session the school has introduced Yoga classes for Std I to XII.

EXCURSIONS / PICNICS

The senior students of the school are taken for excursions to scenic locales outside the city, while the junior students go to picnic spots which are within the city.

CLUBS 

To encourage informal and independent learning, the school has started a number of clubs. The school organizes the club activities twice a month in the Secondary Wing and in the Primary Wing.
